
Ron Clady, 84, of Lakeville, IN, passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2025 in Ernestine M. Raclin House of Mishawaka, IN.
Ron was born to Jay and Ethylene (Cohee) Clady on October 5, 1940 in Lakeville, IN. He graduated from Lakeville High School in 1958 and American Institute of Banking. He worked in the finance business for 38 years, retiring from Teachers Credit Union on January 2, 2003. He married Judy Wicuff on January 1, 1964 and she survives. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church of South Bend, the Masonic Lodge of Lakeville, Grand Stewart and Tyler of Grand Lodge of Indiana as well as the secretary for 44 years, the Order of the Eastern Star of Lakeville; the Scottish Rite of South Bend, 25 year member of the Lakeville Volunteer Fire Department, and a member of the Kiwanis Club of Plymouth for over 30 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, antiques, gardening, and loved taking care of his yard.
Ron is survived by his wife, Judy Clady; his sons: Kent (Cathy) Clady of Greenwood, IN; Todd (Aimee) Clady of Plymouth, IN; his grandchildren: Joseph (Joanna) Clady; Chad Clady; Garrett (Madison) Clady; Patrick Clady; Grant (Kayla) Clady; and Alaina Clady. His great-grandchildren: Genevieve and Warren; his sisters-in-law, Betty Clady of Chickamauga, GA; Wilda Clady of Mishawaka, IN; and Pat Clady of Lakeville, IN.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Jay and Ethylene Clady; and his brothers: Jack Clady; Rex Clady; and Larry Clady.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Grace United Methodist Church (3012 S. Twyckenham Dr. South Bend, IN 46614). A funeral service will follow at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Jim Clark officiating.
The burial will take place in Southlawn Cemetery (61430 Old U.S. 31 S., South Bend, IN 46614). Memorial donations may be made to Grace United Methodist Church (3012 S. Twyckenham Dr., South Bend, IN 46614) in Ron's honor.
