
Paul D. Schoberg, 71, a pillar of the Plymouth and Marshall County community passed away peacefully on Saturday May 31, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.
Paul was born in Plymouth on January 1, 1954, to the late Donald and Minerva (Komanich) Schoberg.
On February 14, 1976, he married Valori Miller in Plymouth, sharing the last 49 years together.
Paul owned and operated Schoberg and Schoberg Inc. working 6-7 days a week most weeks to provide professional and timely experience for the many families and homes he served over his career. He was passionate about his work, and it was unmatched by anyone else.
Paul also enjoyed hunting, firearms, was a member of the Phi Delta Kappa organization, as well as a board member for the Wythogen Valley Preservation board. He assisted in many restoration projects in the community including the Rees theatre. Paul loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Paul is survived by his wife, Valori Schoberg, his children; Meagan Michi, Nathaniel (Katie McMullen) Schoberg, and Andrew Schoberg, his grandchildren; Sophie Michi, Ellory Michi, and Macy Schoberg. His siblings also survive; Steve (Pat) Schoberg, Martha (Pat) Conley, Victoria (Rex) Miller, and Maria (Bob) Pesak. As well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews who loved and will miss him very much.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents.
Family is planning for a private service at a later date.
