Nicholas D. Creighbaum
July 19, 1978 – June 28, 2026
Plymouth - It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved brother and friend, Nicholas Creighbaum, 47 of Plymouth, Indiana. More than anything else, Nick treasured his time with his family. His greatest joy was found spending time with the people he loved, sharing stories, laughter, and creating memories that will be cherished for generations. Nick also loved his friends and devoted himself to offering a helping hand, celebrating milestones, or simply enjoying time together.
Outside of his family and friends, few things brought him more happiness than football. Saturdays were reserved for cheering on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, while Sundays belonged to his beloved Chicago Bears. When football wasn’t in season, Nick had an immense love of fishing.
Nick’s legacy will be one of kindness, strength, and unwavering dedication to the people who meant the most to him. He will be remembered for his humor, love of family, and his faith. Nick will be deeply missed and the memories he created will live in the hearts for all that knew him.
Nick leaves behind his sisters, Emilie Creighbraum, Bethanie Creighbaum (Christian Phillips), and brothers Benjamin, and Jacob Creighbaum (Kristin Creighbaum), along with 10 nieces and nephews; Lennon, Mackenzie, Matthew, Jerryd, Noah, Emery, Taitym, Wrenley, Jackson, and Colin. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Daniel and Della Creighbaum, and grandparents, Susie and Robert Sellers, and Juanita and Donald Creighbaum. Rest easy brother.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026 from 12-2PM at Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan Street, Plymouth, IN 46563. A Celebration of Life will be held immediately following at 2PM with Pastor Rich Scheiber officiating.
Nick will be laid to rest at Oakhill Cemetery in Plymouth.
