Jerry Wall, 86, of Plymouth, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Plymouth. He was born on May 30, 1938 to LeRoy and Minnie (Melvin) Wall in West Frankfort, IL.
Jerry married Carolyn Blanchard on February 25, 1961 in Schererville, IN. Jerry worked at Ford Motor Company in South Chicago, retiring in 1994.
In his free time, Jerry loved hunting, fishing, and bowling.
He was a faithful member of Shiloh Wesleyan Church.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Carolyn Wall; children, Dwane Allen Wall of Knox and Jerry Dean Wall Jr. of Milford; grandchildren, Crystal Reinhard and Stephanie Maierle; great-grandchild, Ellodie Bender; and sister, Shirley Byrns of Plymouth.
He is preceded in death by his parents, LeRoy and Minnie; his twin sister Jean Giles; along with many family and friends.
Due to consideration of his handicapped son, there will be no formal visitation. Family and friends may come together for a funeral service on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 12PM at the New Oak Hill Cemetery Chapel, 1300 Chester Street, Plymouth, IN 46563 with Rev. Dean Snyder presiding. The family will be available to welcome guests at 11:45AM.
Following the service, there will be a time of informal gathering at the River Park Clubhouse, 805 Baker Street, Plymouth, IN 46563.
