
Jackie L. (Rogers) Silveus, 69, of Etna Green, IN, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 in Miller’s Merry Manor Nursing Home of Culver, IN.
Jackie was born on December 26, 1955 in South Bend, IN. She was a lifelong resident of Plymouth. She worked as a secretary for Carnegie Towing. She enjoyed listening to country music, playing euchre, Harley Davidson motorcycle rides, bonfires, horses, her rose bush, spending time with family and friends, and her dog, Jameson.
Jackie is survived by her daughters, Michelle L. (Chris) Titus of Etna Green, IN; Jennifer N. Silveus of Plymouth, IN; her son, Jeremy D. Orbik of Culver, IN; her 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; her sisters: Shelly Wheat; Debbie (Glen) Hardesty; Sherry (Dean) Baker; Lou (Greg) Zellers; and her brother, Roger “Buzz” (Judy) Rogers of (Burr Oak) Culver, IN.
Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, Eve and Ernest Rogers; and Dick and Doris Green; her grandson, Taylor F. Bunton; her sisters, Jaqueline J. Arbuckle; Darlene Green; Shelia McNeil; her brother, Dale Schrom; Rick; David; and Gary Green; along with several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Deaton-Clemens Van Gilder Funeral Home (300 W. Madison St., Plymouth, IN 46563).
A celebration of life service will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Kristin Harp officiating.
The burial will take place in New Oak Hill Cemetery (Plymouth, IN).
