Officers with the Plymouth Police Department executed an arrest warrant on April 6th at 900 West Harrison Street, lot 216.
Officers went to the Maplewood Mobile Home Park Trail Park at 11:30 p.m. Sunday and took 51-year-old Jason Scott Housour into custody for an arrest warrant issued through Marshall County Superior Court 2.
Housour was transported to the Marshall County Jail, booked on a warrant for failing to appear for fines and costs, and held on a $100 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings, entitled to be represented by counsel, and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
