A 71-year-old Walkerton man was arrested following a crash on U.S. 30 Friday, October 4th.
At approximately 8:15 PM, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident at the U.S. 30 and Union Road intersection.
K-9 Deputy Blake Bennett made contact with the two drivers and suspected 71-year-old Bobby Dominiack to be at fault. He was reported to be under the influence of alcohol and transported to Memorial Hospital for treatment and a certified chemical test. The other driver was transported to Plymouth Hospital.
After receiving treatment and the results of the certified chemical test, Dominiack was given jail clearance and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked for operating a vehicle while intoxicated while endangering a person and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
Plymouth Fire and EMS assisted the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
