The city of St. Francisville has informed GIANT fm News that the Wabash Cannonball Bridge will be closed completely for two days in early September.
Officials say it is scheduled to be closed to vehicular traffic on Sept. 4 and Sept. 5 from 6:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. both days to allow for paving work.
Those traveling will need to find alternative routes on those two days.
Signs will be posted prior to the closing to inform the public.
