Shelbyville High School is hosting a Lighted Holiday Forest at the outdoor Ecology Lab on campus.
The Lighted Holiday Forest will be open every Friday in December beginning tonight at the conclusion of the Holiday Parade in downtown Shelbyville.
On Dec. 13, Dec. 20 and Dec. 27, the Lighted Holiday Forest will be open from sunset to 9 p.m.
Admission is $5 per individual or $10 per family – cash only. All proceeds support the continued redevelopment of the high school’s Ecology Lab.
Parking is available in the Shelbyville High School north parking lot near the softball diamonds.
The walking trail is primarily mulch covered. Participants are advised to dress appropriately for the weather and wear shoes good for walking.
Open-toed shoes are not allowed.
