The city of Vincennes has announced that downtown paving work has gotten underway.
City Engineer John Sprague says that E and B Paving is initially working on curb ramps on Main Street.
Additional work is planned in the coming days and weeks, weather conditions permitting.
Funding for the projects comes from the Community Crossings Matching Grant (C-C-M-G) program through the state of Indiana.
E and B Paving was selected for paving work both in Vincennes and throughout Knox County.
