The Vincennes Community School Corporation (VCSC) has announced it has reached a tentative contract agreement with the Vincennes Education Association (VEA).
Superintendent Greg Parsley reports that the proposed two-year pact runs from 2025 through 2027 and will include additional health insurance contributions and a raise in the teaching salaries over the period. Additional stipends will be given to teachers with special educational endorsements and credentials.
The tentative agreement has been ratified by the VEA and the VCSC board is expected to formally vote on the agreement at its November monthly meeting.
