Plymouth Police received a FLOCK License Plate Reader hit Wednesday morning, October 23rd at 1:20. The LPR hit notified officers that the sole registered owner of the vehicle had an Indiana license with the status of Suspended-Prior.
Officer Wallace located the vehicle on Lincoln Highway and a traffic stop was conducted at the Serenity Place Apartments.
The vehicle was occupied by the registered owner Tabitha Uylaki-Back, 42, who lives in the apartments. During the investigation the officer confirmed the license status as suspended.
Tabitha Uylaki-Back was taken into custody, transported to the Marshall County Jail, and lodged for the pending charge of driving while suspended with a prior. Uylaki-Back was given a court date with Marshall County Superior Court II and a bond of $500.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
