Lawrence County States Attorney Brady Waldrop has announced the sentencings of two local residents.
31 year old Allen Bray of Lawrenceville was charged with Domestic Battery, a Class 4 Illinois felony. He was placed on felony probation, but violated the terms and was given 3 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) with 4 years of mandatory supervised release.
46 year old Angela Cornwell of Bridgeport was charged with Child Abduction, a Class 4 Illinois felony. She was also placed on probation, but violated the terms and was handed 2 years in the IDOC along with 6 months of mandatory supervised release.
