Plymouth Police were dispatched to Dora Lane on Sunday, July 14th for the report of a domestic disturbance.
At 11:13 Officer Fase went to 1306 Dora Lane to investigate the report. As a result of that investigation, Marc Stump, 41, of the Dora Lane address was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Marc Stump was booked in on charges of intimidation, violation of home detention, and felony domestic battery.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
