On September 23rd, a Plymouth man was arrested by an officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department for driving without a license.
At about 8:15 Monday evening, Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a black 2010 Ford Taurus on U.S. 30 near Queen Road. During the investigation, the driver, Dwayne D. Waters Sarmiento, 22, of Pennsylvania Avenue in Plymouth, was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver's license.
Waters was taken into custody, transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for operator never licensed with a $100 cash bond. He was able to post bond and was released at 12:16 Tuesday morning.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings, entitled to be represented by counsel, and entitled to a trial by jury, at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
