On the afternoon of Thursday, September 11, Plymouth Police were notified of a subject at Garden Court Downtown, 315 East Garro Street, who had a warrant for his arrest.
Patrolman Thornton with the Plymouth Police Department located Samuel Cocke, 66, and placed him into custody.
Cocke, whose address is San Francisco, was transported to the Marshall County Jail for the out-of-state warrants. He was held with no bond.
