Saint Joseph Health System (SJHS) is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Mishawaka Medical Office Building located at 611 E. Douglas Rd., Mishawaka, IN, effective July 15, 2025. The four-story, 205,000-square-foot building features a 10,000-square-foot parking garage and currently houses more than 20 SJHS clinics, offering primary and specialty care.
“For 150 years, Saint Joseph Health System has stood as a pillar of care and compassion in this community,” said Chris Karam, president of Saint Joseph Health System. “This significant investment by SJHS and Trinity Health affirms our commitment to be here for generations to come.”
“This investment strengthens our ability to provide world-class care, right here at home,” said Dr. Leah Napolitano, president of Saint Joseph Medical Group. “Acquiring the medical office building allows us to expand and elevate the care we provide. It provides us with an opportunity to not only strengthen our existing services but to respond to the evolving needs of our community.”
