Congressman Rudy Yakym (IN-02) today filed for re-election to continue serving Indiana’s Second District in Congress.
“As a lifelong Hoosier, I am honored to fight for the hardworking people of Indiana’s Second District,” Yakym said. “Under President Trump’s strong leadership, we’re moving the country forward after years of failed Biden-Harris policies. Last year, House Republicans delivered record wins, including the largest tax cuts in history through the Working Families Tax Cuts Act, which puts more money back in families’ pockets by making the Trump tax cuts permanent, eliminating taxes on tips and overtime, and boosting take-home pay."
"This vital work must continue and that’s why I’ll keep fighting every day for the priorities Hoosiers care about most: lowering the cost of living, securing the border, restoring fiscal responsibility, shrinking the bloated federal bureaucracy, and ensuring our veterans get the care and benefits they’ve earned. Hoosiers know I’ll always stand up for our common-sense conservative values. Together with President Trump, we’re building a brighter, more prosperous future for Indiana and America.”
Yakym’s campaign raised more than $2.9 million during 2025 from over 18,000 individuals.
