The City of Rochester lost a valued friend and employee in a pedestrian - vehicle accident in Warsaw Monday.
Randy Williams, 69, was struck by a tractor-trailer early Monday evening on U.S. 30. The police investigation shows Williams parked on the shoulder of the roadway to retrieve something that fell from the bed of his pickup.
Williams was the Special Projects Manager for Rochester.
