Plymouth Police were dispatched to 2550 North Michigan Street just after midnight Friday morning August 2nd for a suspicious circumstance. Officers were told there was some type of altercation happening in the parking lot.
City officers interviewed those involved and witnesses and during the investigation found that the 911 caller, identified as Timothy Lester, 34 of Plymouth, made false statements and reports of the incident after pulling a loaded firearm and pointing it at a second person involved in the verbal altercation.
After transporting Lester to the Marshall County Jail, Indiana Identification Cards belonging to other people were located on Lester's person. When police were returning the Identification cards back to the issued persons, it was found that Lester had stolen the Indiana issued Identification Cards from the mail.
Timothy Lester was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on pending criminal charges for felony-pointing a loaded firearm, misdemeanor-false reporting and theft.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
