“At Putnam County Hospital, we are committed to ensuring patient safety,” said Director of Marketing and Community Outreach, Brooke Trissel.
Putnam County Hospital has announced the successful completion of its accreditation process from QUAD A, a global accreditation authority.
By earning accreditation, Family Medicine of Greencastle, Putnam Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, Family Medicine of Cloverdale, Putnam Prompt Care, and North Putnam Family Healthcare have demonstrated it meets all of the rigorous patient safety standards set by QUAD A’s accreditation program. QUAD A’s thorough processes, expert surveyors, and consultative approach make them a leading accreditation program for outpatient healthcare facilities.
"Accreditation is an essential credential for almost every healthcare facility in this country, if not all,” said QUAD A’s CEO, Tom Terranova. “Facilities are really responding to our different approach to accreditation, and we are proud to provide a process that is streamlined, effective, and beneficial to both the facilities we work with and the patients they serve.”
“At Putnam County Hospital, we are committed to ensuring patient safety,” said Director of Marketing and Community Outreach, Brooke Trissel. “We are proud to have received accreditation from QUAD A and look forward to continuing to provide the highest quality of healthcare close to home.”

Established in 1980, QUAD A, a nonprofit, physician founded and led accreditation organization, has worked with thousands of outpatient facilities to help standardize and improve the quality of healthcare they provide. QUAD A strives to be an effective, efficient, and easy-to-work-with partner that values education, reliability, and communication.
