A Plymouth woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon by city police for public intoxication.
At 4:55 p.m., July 2nd, Plymouth Police were dispatched to the area of 123 W. Garro Street for the reports of a female who would not leave and was possibly intoxicated.
Officers arrived at the scene, and 36-year-old Casandra Brown was inside the Cast Hair Studio, where she lives upstairs. Brown was intoxicated and would not leave after being asked by employees.
Brown was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for Public Intoxication.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
