The driver was identified as 31-year-old Jordan Beem of Knox. Further investigation revealed Beem’s license was also suspended with a prior conviction. He was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Suspended-Prior.Enforcement continued into Saturday, starting at approximately 12:25 p.m. in the 1700 block of North Michigan Street.
