The Plymouth Redevelopment Board will meet Tuesday evening, July 15th, at 5:30 in the second-floor Council Chambers of City Hall.
This is a public meeting, and members will consider a resolution for. TIF District # 3. The resolution accepts an interest in Plymouth RDC Center LLC. In TIF District #6, members will receive an update on the Centennial Crossing Project, and in TIF # 8, there will be an update on the Water Street Townhomes Project.
Under “Other Business,” The REES Theatre will present a request for monetary support, and the Redevelopment Commission will also hear a quarterly report from enFocus.
