The Plymouth Redevelopment Commission approved payment to Tim Harman at Yellow River Tap and Eatery during their meeting on Tuesday evening.
In January 2024, the Redevelopment Commission approved a bond for the Water Street Townhouses for $800,000 and up to $150,000 for improvements at Yellow River Tap.
Yellow River’s funding was set up as a draw to be requested as work progressed. No draw requests were sought, and the project is now complete.
Harman recently submitted invoices for windows, decks and signage in the amount of $164,439.32.
The Redevelopment Commission approved making the single payment requested by Harman for the Yellow River Tap and Eatery.
In other Redevelopment Commission business, the city attorney sent an email to members notifying them that the Plymouth Plan Commission approved adding the Energy Saving Study for the Aquatic Center to the project list in TIF District #3. The $16,000 plus study will be presented to the City Council next week and then back to the Redevelopment Commission in November for a public hearing and consideration.
