Officers from the Plymouth Police Department arrested a Mentone woman on a warrant and a Bremen man for driving without a license.
On Tuesday, the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center advised city officers that the Marshall County Probation Department had a subject in their office with an active warrant. Officer Derifield arrived at 112 West Jefferson Street and took 20-year-old Abbie Graciliano of Mentone into custody.
She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $500 cash bond on a petition to revoke probation.
Officer Wallace conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle on U.S. 30 in the area of Pioneer Drive, Wednesday at 5:45 a.m. During the stop, it was discovered that the driver, Denis Estrada Lopez, 38, of Bremen, was operating the vehicle without a valid driver's license.
Lopez was taken into custody without incident, transported to the Marshall County Jail, and booked in with a pending charge of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed, and that there is only probable cause to believe it has. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
