Plymouth Police arrested two individuals on May 24th in separate traffic stops, one for reckless driving and the other for driving while suspended, along with false registration.

Saturday morning at approximately 1:50, an officer with the Plymouth Police Department stopped a vehicle for traveling 116 miles per hour in a posted 50 miles per hour zone. During the traffic stop, the driver was identified as Sara Haile, 27, from Carol Stream, Illinois. She was lodged in Marshall County Jail for reckless driving.

At approximately 9:15 Saturday night, a city officer stopped a vehicle at Western Avenue and Council Drive displaying temporary plates which did not match the year, make or model of the vehicle it was on.

The driver was identified as 50-year-old Nathan Webb of Plymouth.  Officer Mark found that Webb had borrowed the plate from a friend, improperly displaying it on his vehicle. It was also discovered that Webb's driver's license was suspended prior. Webb was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail, where he was booked for driving while suspended with a prior and false or fictitious registration.
