On Monday June 24th at 7:45 in the evening, the Plymouth Police Department located and arrested 24-year-old Armando P. Alvarez of the 700 block of North Plum Street for multiple felony warrants through Wake County, North Carolina. Armando Alvarez was arrested without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Officer Enyart was notified on Friday, June 28th at 10 a.m. that Jason Joseph, 48, of the 600 block of Randolph Street had an active probation violation warrant and was at the Marshall County Probation Department. Joseph was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged with no bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
