Plymouth Park Superintendent Mike Hite updated the Park Board on Monday evening about the progress of the Greenway Trail extension at River Park Square (RPS) and Price's Pond. The RPS project is nearing completion, with a final walk-through scheduled for next week. The trail at Price's Pond is nearly finished as well. The bridge for the Price's Pond project should be completed by the end of this week, and the park department has also installed a fountain in the pond, which looks good.
Abby Collins, Recreation Director, discussed the successful 3rd Annual Ladies and Little Gents Halloween dance at the Horsebarn and the large turnout for the Trunk or Treat event at River Park Square.

Looking ahead, the Plymouth Park Department will hold the annual Christmas Tree Lighting on Saturday, November 29th, with Santa making an appearance.
Maintenance Supervisor Dave Cooper and his team are finalizing plans for decorating River Park Square, which includes a stunning light display synchronized to music. The maintenance crew has been working diligently to retrieve the holiday lights from storage and test them to ensure they work correctly. They have already started decorating Centennial Park and the future pocket park at Michigan and Jefferson Streets, working hard to have the lights ready by December 1st.
