43-year-old Ryan Hayes of Plymouth was arrested on a failure to appear warrant out of Elkhart County while at the Marshall County Probation Office Thursday morning, May 30th.
Hayes was taken into custody by Corporal Ben McIntyre without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail to await transport to Elkhart County.
