Isaul Granados Mendoza, age 46, of Lake Avenue in Plymouth, was pulled over on Tuesday at 1:30 in the afternoon by Corporal Ben McIntyre with the Marshall County Sheriff's Department for a traffic violation.
During the investigation, it was determined that Mendoza was operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license. He also had a prior conviction for the same offense.
Granados-Mendoza was taken into custody without incident, transported to the Marshall County Jail, and turned over to jail staff.
