Plymouth Police were dispatched to a 911 hang-up call from the trailer park at 700 Berkley Street on Thursday, October 2nd, at 6 a.m.
City officers arrived at the location and found 27-year-old Blake Brown inside a residence from which he had been previously trespassed.
Brown was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was lodged for the pending charge of criminal trespass.
Brown was held on a $500 cash bond and given a court date in Marshall County Superior Court II.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
