The Plymouth Fire Department is inviting community members to learn essential lifesaving skills during a public CPR training session scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, from 9:00 a.m. to noon at the local firehouse.

During the comprehensive three-hour course, participants will be taught critical CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants. The training will also cover the proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Instructors will guide attendees on how to quickly recognize medical emergencies and life-threatening situations, ensuring they know exactly how to respond.

The primary goal of the class is to equip residents with the confidence and knowledge needed to take immediate action when a crisis arises. Fire officials say the course is ideal for parents, caregivers, teachers, coaches, workplace teams, and anyone else interested in learning how to save a life.

The cost to attend the training is $50 per person. Because space is limited, interested individuals are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible.
