The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will consider the dedication of streets and infrastructure in Centennial Crossing, discuss passing the Mass Casualty Trailer to Elkhart County, and hear from department heads.
The city attorney will present an agreement with Hyperwave Consulting for a new phone system, and board members will hear a request for a street closure at 210 North Michigan Street and continue the discussion that was tabled at the last meeting on the renaming of VanVactor Drive.
The Plymouth Common Council will consider on second and third reading an ordinance amending the drug and alcohol policy and testing procedures. Members will also review several compliance forms for tax abatements, consider a resolution to create a new fund for the Water Street TIF Allocation Fund, and discuss an IT committee. They will also get an update on ONE Marshall County and the Comprehensive Plan.
The city meetings begin at 6 p.m. in the second-floor Council Chambers in City Hall. Those attending should enter through the Garro Street door and move to the second floor. The meeting is also streamed live on Microsoft Teams. Join the meeting now
