The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will convene two separate sessions on Monday, July 20, with the evening's business centered on a personnel matter involving an employee's alleged misconduct.
The board will first meet in executive session at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall. The closed session is being held to receive information concerning an individual's alleged misconduct and to discuss that individual's employment status, pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6). The executive session is not open to the public.
At 6 p.m. or immediately following the executive session, the board will convene for a special public session. The agenda for the special session includes consideration of disciplinary recommendations stemming from the executive session discussion.
The special session will be open to the public and streamed live on the City of Plymouth's YouTube channel.
