The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will conduct a hearing on the demolition of 309 Gibson Street and review the Order to Take Action on the Northgate Mobile Home Park. Members will also hear a change order for the Kingston Road sidewalk project.
The board will hear from various department heads, along with several requests. The first is to place a permanent dumpster for the new location of French Press Coffee Company. Laura Mann, the Promotion of the City Coordinator, is asking for a street closure of Michigan Street for the Annual Downtown Tractor Show and the Downtown Kick-Off to Summer event. There is also a request for the prepayment of entertainers for the Mayor’s Summer of Music.
At 6:30 p.m., City Council members will conduct a public hearing for additional appropriations and consider two proposals to amend the official zoning map for the City of Plymouth. There is also a proposal to amend the zoning ordinance for the City of Plymouth.
Council members will hear a resolution declaring certain real estate to be within an Economic Revitalization Area (ERA) for Hoosier Racing Tire Corp.
