Just before 5 a.m. on Wednesday, Officer Witkowski with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at the intersection of Plum and Harrison Street for failing to yield to oncoming traffic.
The driver of the vehicle, 32-year-old Enrique Nunez-Perez of Northgate Trailer Park, was found to be operating the vehicle without a valid license, despite having a prior conviction.
