Plymouth High School fans, alumni, and community members have a unique opportunity to own a piece of local sports history. An online-only auction is currently underway, offering pieces of the beloved Varsity Gymnasium floor, basketball backboards, and historic banners.

With a brand-new wood floor scheduled to be installed in the Varsity Gym over the summer, the school is parting ways with the old flooring and other gym memorabilia. Rather than discarding the materials, the school has partnered with Oak Crest Auctions to host a special fundraiser. All proceeds from the auction will go toward funding ongoing projects related to the Plymouth High School Varsity Gym.

Bidders can vie for several unique items, including 4x4-foot individual floor sections featuring the letters that spell out "PILGRIMS" and "PLYMOUTH," as well as 3x3-foot sections with the "NLC" letters. The auction block also features several of the gym's basketball backboards and 30 historic banners that previously hung in the rafters—perfect additions for a local business, garage, or "Man Cave."

The online-only auction officially kicked off on Monday, April 27, and will run until Tuesday, May 12, closing at 6:00 p.m.
To view the available items and place a bid, interested buyers can visit www.oakcrestauctions.hibid.com/auctions and search under the online auctions tab.
