On Friday, August 23rd, just before 7 p.m., Marshall County Deputy Matt Geiger stopped a blue Mustang for speeding 91 mph in a 60 mph zone.
The driver, identified as John R. Landers of Canton, Ohio, was also found to have a suspended license.
During the investigation, the officer located marijuana in the vehicle.
Landers was arrested for possession of marijuana. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail for processing and held on a $250 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury, at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
