Officer Fisher with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle whose registered owner showed a suspended driver’s status on Thursday, August 28th at 3:19 p.m. The officer confirmed through the BMV photo that the driver matched the registered owner and conducted a traffic stop at Advance Auto Parts. The driver was identified as Anthony McGowen, 30, from North Judson. A records check confirmed that McGowen’s driving status was suspended prior. He was taken into custody, transported to the Marshall County Jail.

On Friday, August 29th, at approximately 4:05 p.m., Officer Fisher conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that showed the registered owner was suspended and had a warrant. The vehicle pulled over in the CVS parking lot. 52-year-old Brett Wagoner of Elkhart was wanted out of Elkhart County and was suspended with a prior. Wagoner was transported to Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for local charges.
