A man claiming he was involved in a property damage accident, called the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center at about 2:20 Sunday morning.
The man told the dispatcher he was at a residence near 4B Road and Plymouth-LaPorte Trail.
Marshall County deputies responded, and during their investigation of the crash, it was discovered that the driver, Logan Yeager, 23, of Monterey, was exhibiting signs of intoxication.
Yeager was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated on a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, endangering, and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
