Good news coming from neighboring Richland County. Authorities there now say that a missing Olney teen has been located and has returned home. 15 year old Emily Cochran had been reported missing since last being seen at her East Franklin Street residence late on Wednesday, January 31st. Police now say the teen was located on Sunday February 4th unharmed and has been reunited with her family.
