Marshall County Police arrest a Plymouth man for domestic battery after being dispatched Friday night.
Just before 10 p.m. the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center received a call in reference to a domestic battery situation. The report does not indicate where the incident happened.
Deputies with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded and investigated the issue. It was determined by Deputy Bragg that20-year-old Giovanni J. Mendez of Plymouth committed domestic battery with moderate bodily injury.
Mendez was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked in for domestic battery with additional charges pending
