The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department's Drug Task Force, with assistance from the Plymouth Police Department, executed several search warrants in the City of Plymouth.
About 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, officers executed the first search warrant in the 300 block of North Plum Street. They located and arrested 43-year-old Mark Weaver of Plymouth on an outstanding warrant for dealing methamphetamine as a Level 2 felony, with a $100,000 cash bond.

Officers also located and arrested 44-year-old Carrie Sanders of Plymouth on an outstanding warrant for dealing methamphetamine as a Level 3 felony, with a $30,000 cash bond. Both individuals are being held in the Marshall County Jail.

At approximately 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, officers executed a second search warrant at the Country Place Apartments at 1490 West Madison Street in Plymouth. They located and arrested 49-year-old Jason Joseph, who lives in apartment 19, on an outstanding warrant for violating probation related to a previous conviction for dealing in methamphetamine, as well as a second warrant for dealing in methamphetamine as a Level 2 felony with a $100,000 cash bond. Joseph also faces a new charge of dealing in methamphetamine as a Level 3 felony and has been assigned a $50,000 cash bond. He is currently being held at the Marshall County Jail.

Evidence obtained from apartment 19 led officers to secure an additional search warrant. That warrant was executed at the residence, resulting in the arrest of 39-year-old Ashley Holderman from the Country Place Apartments for possession of methamphetamine and neglect of a dependent, both classified as Level 5 Felonies. She is currently held in the County Jail with a $20,000 cash bond.

Officers arrested 49-year-old Shawna Menser of 12 Road in Plymouth and 34-year-old Harley Blount of apartment 19 for maintaining a common nuisance as a Level 6 Felony. Both subjects are held in the County Jail on $5,000 cash bonds.

The Indiana Department of Child Services responded to the scene and removed four juveniles from the apartment.

On Thursday, March 6, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Drug Task Force, assisted by the Plymouth Police, located and arrested 42-year-old John Matlock of Plymouth at the Economy Inn in Plymouth. Matlock is currently being held in the Marshall County Jail for dealing in methamphetamine as a Level 3 felony. He has a $30,000 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed. The person charged is presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and is entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
