Terre Haute, In. – Back in 2017 39-year-old Isiah Benford was convicted of six counts of battery by bodily waste and knowingly spreading HIV. After Plea Agreement Benford was sentenced t0 20 years in prison, 10 years suspended and credit for time served. He was released in 2023 but now he’s back in jail facing charges of Burglary with a deadly weapon, Burglary resulting in bodily injury, Domestic battery committed in the presence of a child under 16 years old, Invasion of privacy, Criminal mischief and probation violation. Benford has court date of April 28th. Benford is being held on $75,000 bond with no 10% allowed.
