A man in Sullivan County was arrested following a traffic stop for a license plate violation.
During a stop at 1 am on Thursday, a Sullivan County deputy stopped Billy Schubla on account of the issue. During the stop, there were multiple criminal indicators.
A K9 unit dog was used to survey the vehicle. The officer located 55 grams of Methamphetamine along with paraphernalia. Schubla was arrested for dealing Methamphetamine, possession of over 28 grams of Meth, and possession of paraphernalia.
