The Marshall County Regional Sewer District will hold an executive session at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, November 17. The session will be held at the City of Plymouth’s Council Chambers located at 124 North Michigan Street in downtown Plymouth.
This executive session is being held pursuant to Ind. Code which states Executive Sessions may be held for discussion of strategy with respect to litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing and is therefore closed to the public under Indiana Code. A copy of the executive session’s memoranda shall be provided to the public pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-4.
