Loud noise complaint leads to arrest of Plymouth man for operating without a license

The Marshall County Central Dispatch Center received a noise complaint call in the 400 block of Charles Street on Friday, December 13^th at about 9:45 p.m.

Officer Allen from the Plymouth Police Department responded to the area and located a vehicle running that had loud music coming from it.

During the investigation, it was discovered that thirty-two-year-old Miguel A. Hernandez had a suspended license with a prior and it was on an I.D. card. He was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail where he was booked for knowingly or intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license and held on a $100 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
