Vincennes Police Tuesday arrested 47 year old Michael Vinsel of Lawrenceville on multiple drug offenses. He was preliminarily charged with Possession of Methamphetamine (more than 28g), Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe and Possession of Marijuana (less than 30g). He was booked into the Knox County Indiana Jail and was being held there pending setting of bond.
