Lawrenceville Police this week charged a Sumner man in connection to an alleged incident with a child.
Taken into custody on Wednesday, September 16th was 34-year-old Andrew Nall of Sumner. He has been preliminarily charged with Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child, which is a Class X Illinois Felony. No other information was given in the arrest report was given regarding the incident as investigation continues. It is possible that additional charges could be filed in the case.
Nall was transported to the Richland County Jail in Olney and was being held there on the charge pending a detention hearing in court.
